» First time home owners...

We have been looking for a while now. A house to buy. A few weeks back we found this cute little VILLA on 35th and Lipan. It's a 6250 sq. feet lot, with three little buildings in it (ranging between 750 sq. feet each). We put our offer last week, and the owners (jesuits) accepted it. Yesterday we had the house inspected. Unless the jesuits decide to change their minds, the house is ours. I'm overwelmed by joy, at the same time a bit nervous, since it would be my first house and not to mention a huge step in my relationship with Jena. All for the better! I hope. There's a lot of work to be done there too. Mostly aesthetically. The outside needs only gardening changes, but on the inside...a lot of paint, new floors, perhaps even some wall breaking.
