Since I already have one movie production under my belt, I figure it is time to get another one started. I don't want to use actors. They are a pain in the arse and they cost money (even if you act for free, I probably have to buy you food or something), not to mention their egos. So dolls or puppets seem to be the ideal subjects. For "In the land of the blind...", I build a quite impressive puppet which made the movie really work. But for my new idea, I was thinking about something older...with a little more character. So I went looking for some vintage puppets at Ebay this afternoon. And look what I found:
Three indonesian dolls from the 1900's. I placed a bid. But I won't know anything till Monday morning, when the auction ends...
And last week I got myself a bicycle basket. I was so tired of going to the Farmer's Market on Sunday morning, and having to carry plastic bags on the handle bar.
